She is sensitive to linguistic and cultural differences, offers personalized support, and treats everyone as equals. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Young people with an international family background<\/strong> who would like to begin an apprenticeship or are already in one. We cater to young adults who want to shape their own professional futures and take advantage of the opportunities available to them in Cologne and the surrounding region. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We provide guidance and support\u2014both before and during the apprenticeship.<\/strong><br\/>Individual counseling and group programs help with career orientation, job applications, and getting started in an apprenticeship. We\u2019re also there for participants when they face challenges in their day-to-day apprenticeship, in dealing with companies and government agencies, or during exams. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vocational training is a stepping stone to an independent future.<\/strong><br\/>We empower young people to successfully forge their own path, overcome challenges, and realize their full potential.
