Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un \u00e9change de jeunes de 7 jours, 36 participants auront l&#8217;occasion de renforcer leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de communication, d&#8217;organisation et de relations sociales dans un environnement interactif. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s du projet comprennent des d\u00e9bats sur les effets n\u00e9gatifs de la pand\u00e9mie, des s\u00e9ances de sport et de yoga pour promouvoir un mode de vie sain, ainsi qu&#8217;un th\u00e9\u00e2tre-forum sur le th\u00e8me &#8220;La sant\u00e9 mentale est importante !&#8221;, au cours duquel les participants sont sensibilis\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale par le biais de sc\u00e9narios cr\u00e9atifs.<\/p>\n\n<p>En outre, les jeunes d\u00e9velopperont leurs propres projets pour promouvoir la sant\u00e9 mentale au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s et acquerront des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques en cr\u00e9ant des supports d&#8217;information tels que des vid\u00e9os et des affiches.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le projet souligne l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;inclusion sociale, en particulier pour les jeunes ayant moins d&#8217;opportunit\u00e9s, et montre comment des programmes comme Erasmus+ peuvent contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 mentale et la participation sociale. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s interculturelles et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9change de pratiques nationales, la sensibilisation \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale est renforc\u00e9e et les amiti\u00e9s
